Responsible handling of personal data is a core principle for us. When processing personal data, we align our practices with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — both in amana’s conventional features and when using artificial intelligence.

We process personal data only for defined purposes, as sparingly as possible, and transparently. Privacy is considered from the start of development. Access is limited to what is necessary, and data is not used for other purposes without an appropriate legal basis.

The same privacy standards apply to AI-assisted features as to every other part of the platform. We assess what data is actually required, limit its disclosure, and design AI support so people retain control over their data and the resulting output.

This privacy policy will be supplemented with specific information about the controller, purposes and legal bases of processing, recipients, retention periods, and data-subject rights before the landing page goes into public production.
